| Details: | Dogs are only accepted in 4 buildings so availability is limited. Dogs must weigh NO MORE THAN 35 POUNDS in upper floor apartments and NO MORE THAN 100 POUNDS in ground level apartments. There is a $40 monthly pet fee and refundable pet deposit of $300. We do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. |
